Return Period
You can apply for a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Applications submitted after 30 days may not be processed.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
The item is unused and in its original condition; The item’s original packaging is intact and includes all accessories and attachments; Valid order information or proof of purchase is available.
Returns or refunds are generally not supported in the following situations:

Receiving the Wrong Item or Item with Quality Issues
If you receive the wrong item, item damaged in transit, or item with quality issues, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item and provide your order number and relevant photos. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund for you.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you of the refund review result.
Once the refund is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Due to varying processing times among different banks and payment institutions, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to arrive.
